  2. Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund.
  3. Refund Requests: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within the applicable trial or money-back guarantee period. Refund requests outside of these periods will not be honored.
  4. Valid Reasons for Refunds: Refunds will only be granted for the following reasons:
  • Technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame
  • Service interruptions that are not resolved within a reasonable time frame
  • Subscriptions that were mistakenly purchased or renewed
  • Duplicate subscriptions
  1. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request being received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
  2. No Refunds for Violations: We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any subscriber who violates our terms of service or uses our service for illegal purposes.
  3. Subscription Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription does not guarantee a refund. Refunds will only be granted if they meet the criteria outlined in this refund policy.
